Quebec:
Hunt the western sector of Hudson’s Bay with the
best caribou hunting system in Northern Quebec. New and fully
equipped outpost camps have been strategically located directly within the
main migration corridors of the leaf river caribou herds. As
migrating caribou herds leave their summer and calving ranges,
located in the northern sectors of Hudson’s Bay, they migrate in a
southerly direction passing through 4 northern outpost
territories. During the months of August, September and October, the
caribou regroup in these outpost sectors in preparation for the
rut and continue their migration south towards their James Bay
wintering grounds. Over the past 2 years there has been a strong
increase in the number of record caribou harvested.
